Pros
COE, at its first impression, looks like a standard professional business, but in reality it is so much more than that. It operates like a family business because it is one. We are all one giant family while working here because our team leaders value and show appreciation towards their staff, even the warehouse workers. The executives strive hard to not only empower and educate themselves, but their team members as well so that everyone can provide the best possible service that we can all achieve as a group. All of the employees respect one another and try to help each other out as much as possible. The team leaders also understand that employees need room to properly balance a work life and a home life, and also that sometimes situations happen where home becomes more important than work. The amount of employee engagement activities is astounding as well. It's not simply just a "nose to the grindstone" kind of business where you're a cog in the wheel or tool. You're a person and the you're appreciated for your skills, personality, and what you can bring to the table every day. You're part of the family.
Cons
The only con that I could see working with COE is the bumpy parking lot at the moment, but it's not a "make or break" kind of dealmaker.
