Pros
There were a lot of pros, the kitchen was always stocked with snacks and drinks, if you enjoy soda, then you are in the right place, one fridge filled with nothing but sodas. the snacks were relatively healthy but free snacks none the least. Random track day, take the cars out on the track and get a feel for how they drive. Good pay.
Cons
The pay was good, but sometimes felt overworked, they want to push out more and more parts when you can only work so fast. Gossip, be careful what you say to anyone as most have a big mouth and nothing can be kept a secret. Overbearing managers. They will push you to work very hard but don't allow overtime due to "budget issues" but still expect the same amount of product to be pushed out as when overtime was offered.
