Fun work environment. Friendly management. Overall PROS is a great company to work for. Very open to ideas and fostering of new ideas. There is an overall feel of team synergy, regardless of what team you are on. Everyone is open to help if they have time. It seems to be frowned upon to NOT reach out and work together. One of the best places to work if you love being in an environment that works on big, complex problems to help others outperform. I love the culture of care that the company has developed. You will never find a better group of people & company too!
