Pros
Good company, great owner, nice culture, good guys, not harsh and not condescending, work a little or as much as you want.
Cons
Training is a bit unclear, you have to pick details up as you go, beyond the schedule the manager has it all up in his head and can be complicated logistically and you just have to do what you are told on the fly. I feel like the drivers don't want to "call" unless they have to... they don't want to be told to do something else, or get "irritated" at. In logistics there are constant hiccups... and it isn't always the drivers fault.. yet sometimes the driver gets the brunt of the frustration.
