Pros
CNA Canada is a great employer with a very healthy company culture. Even during the pandemic and the current hybrid work arrangement they have been supportive of their staff. It is a pleasure going into the office at least twice a week.
Cons
The only drawback is that the computer systems are still rudimentary and the procedures are not in line with the staffing and company objectives.
