Best job I ever had - Managing Agent CMS Management Employee Review

Flexible work schedule and independence.

No raises but more work. Got a decreased Xmas bonus because I went from 3 properties to 2, but I still have the same number of tenants. No benefits what so ever though I know for a fact some managers do have benefits. Was told I had to sign a form declining benefits as benefits are not offered. No bonus for training two new hires nor for fixing damage to a property caused by previous managers. Feel very unappreciated.
