No growth opportunities, no proper structure in some part of the company, still a startup organisation. They can end your contract anytime.

Incredibly friendly employees and everyone seemed to really enjoy working for the company. At my location in Böblingen, communication between various departments was very good, allowing for free-flow of ideas in all aspects of working. Everyone with whom I interacted seemed to really enjoy what they did and had no complaints about the company. I can also say that I had no qualms with the company either and would definitely recommend pursuit of employment with them if their area of expertise is one which interests you.

The only real negative is that it's a German company with (at the moment) limited offices in the US. So if you don't speak German or are not interested in living in Germany, you might be at a bit of a disadvantage. Most employees, however, speak multiple languages (as is common in many German workplaces), including English, so it's really not as big of a factor as one might think.
