Pros
They try to create good company culture. They present as a mom and pop corporation. You get a yearly baby bonus (goes up for working there longer GL). They match 4% for retirement. If you travel a lot for the company you can make good overtime money (guaranteed do to poor planning, training, and basic logistics by management). They give away small gift cards and pay for quarterly company attire.
Cons
Everyone who is not in the inner circle of the company or kissing the ring so to speak get paid poorly. High stress on deadlines that never get met. Zero profit sharing or incentive to grow in the company. People have to either train themselves or beg for months for simple trainings (most of which is due to poor management and understaffing to make time for people to train others). There is little to no back up planned for any position so when anyone quits their workload is just dumped on top of some ones already overflowing workload whether or not they are able to do the work. You have to request and in some cases write your own employee reviews. Upper management is completely disconnected with the poor treatment of lower employees. You can work here for years and put in the time and work to learn as much as you are able on your own just for them to hire someone outside the company above you. This also comes with people being treated as they are better than you when they are respected by few in the company. You can be treated unprofessionally by certain people and it is just accepted because there is no replacement for unprofessional employees. Little to no structure in the way business is done which is not reflected in profit margins so no one in upper management seems to care. Profit over value here. All the right things are said but bare minimum are executed (IE training, promotion/raises, professionalism, stability (employee turnover is HIGH).
