8yWe appreciate you taking the time to share your review. The pros you mention are all things we pride ourselves on delivering as part of the CME employee experience, so we’re glad to hear they resonated with you. While we have shifted some roles outside the US, we have done so to meet customer needs in region versus save costs, and the majority of our employees remain domestically-based. As for voluntary turnover at CME, it dropped in 2016 from 2015 and remains below available published benchmark data for the financial services industry. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
