Pros

Upper management and HR has always been very approachable. I have been with the company only 2 years and already received a promotion; employment growth opportunities is important to me and I see that available to me with CME. Never have I felt spoken down to by management or superiors. As CME continues to grow I still feel appreciated and noticed for my hard work.

Cons

While management and HR has been helpful and respectful, there can be lack of communication between office employees which can make the job difficult at times.
