Can be difficult to find opportunities after 1 or 2 initial promotions No work from home due to dinosaurs running the UK board Poorer culture/management in a few teams Less competitive pay if you move up internally Many layoffs since 2023, some sneakily replaced by a new job title for the same role Prone to periods of critical understaffing
