Pros
The only real perk is being remote. If I had to deal with this place in person, I would’ve quit immediately
Cons
.The blatant favoritism, the false “incentives,” and the constant micromanagement. They set unrealistic expectations, then act like cracking the whip is a legitimate management style. If I had known the incentive barely bumps up what’s essentially minimum wage, I never would’ve taken this job.
A typical day is monotonous, draining, and controlled down to the minute. It’s the same repetitive tasks under constant pressure, with managers hovering and pushing harder instead of actually helping. Stressful, demoralizing, and anything but enjoyable.
