Great company to work at with great people. You are pretty much free to set your working hours. The pay is decent. You can get help when you need and even participate to some workshops.
Cons
The team can be hard to reach sometimes. The schedule are very instable but this also mean more flexibility. The rate for hour is good but income can be lower some months, depending on how many hours students apply for, but I guess it's the case everywhere.
