Pros

decent pay, good coworkers, monthly commission

Cons

The hours are hard to work around your day-to-day life, especially if you have children. Management allows workers to do whatever they want if they're friends, if not more than that, meaning completely unprofessional interpersonal relationships between managers and ambassadors. They play favorites, and if they don't like you, they complicate your job. As an existing employee, nobody I know wants to continue working there unless they are part of the general managers' team of favorites.

Pros

There is a great culture and great team at CLEAR.

Cons

Work-Life balance gets worse as you get promoted, though this is typical anywhere.

Pros

I've had a very positive experience here, largely because of the people. I genuinely enjoy working with my manager and team—they're supportive, collaborative, and incredibly talented. There's a high degree of autonomy and trust, I'm empowered to make decisions, take ownership of my work, and have a real impact on the business. CLEAR moves quickly, which creates opportunities to tackle challenges and see ideas come to life. While there are always complex problems to solve, I've consistently felt like I have the resources, support, and cross-functional partnership needed to be successful. I've also really valued the in-office culture. Being together in person has helped me build relationships across teams that likely wouldn't have developed in a fully remote environment.

Cons

The pace can be fast, which isn't for everyone. Priorities can shift as the business evolves, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
