Pros
Most of the people are nice and have good intentions.
Cons
The company's message that they give 50% of profits to those in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction is misleading. The fine print is that they only donate 5% of revenue until the company is profitable, which it isn't. If they continue running it he way they are, I don't see how it ever will be. I think this is deceitful. The CEO rules with an iron fist, is unprofessional, and creates a work environment that is stressful, unfairly judgmental and does not allow good people to bring their own skills to the table. The CEO uses people for experimental purposes then tosses them away. I would caution anyone interviewing here because he is known to bring people in and then fire them within the span of two weeks for irrational reasons.
