      Benefits, yearly bonuses, and PTO

      Cons

      Very little understanding of "business" in the top ranks. Sister-in-law runs the company. The owner and management take her advice.

      Pros

      Seeing how the office decisions translate onto the factory floor. Many experienced professionals that I was able to talk to and learn their career path. Occasional lunches provided by employer.

      Cons

      Strict checking into work and on the clock with key card access. Duration of internship discouraged employees from training me to take on more complex tasks
