weekend work, stressful deadlines, dusty environment related to excavation work and concrete work

Clean And well maintained gear for the most part except for the OG dinosaur equipment. Jobs were usually well planned and organized; the ones that weren’t are just outliers. Pay was industry standard and raises were given when earned. Very diverse employees. From all walks of life. this makes the day fun and more interesting

Family company and a lot of close friends and family in all levels of management. It’s not really a con, it’s just something you’ll notice. Catch basin remove and replace are their thing and as a hoe operator they are monotonous and draining. Not much for cons. I could say work/life balance was poor but that is the case anywhere you go in construction.. The life chose us.
