Contributing to civic space knowledge and supporting Human rights. Good colleagues and team spirit. Networking with grassroots organizations and other INGOs.
Cons
Lack of vison from senior management. Lack of career development or opportunities to grow. A disconnect between strategy and programs. It all depend on mid managers' personality to create a good work environment. If you don't have a good manager, you will have a hard time.
