Pros
BENEFITS. Cannot stress this enough. They offered 14 weeks 100% paid maternity leave and were willing to hire me at 7 months pregnant to work from home.
Cons
They expect a LOT out of their associates, training is a weeding-out process for sure. The training that I personally went through was unsatisfying and left me basically begging for more training before I was tossed out into interactions with angry and irritated clients on the phones. I was told essentially that they weren't willing to train me anymore because "the training (I) got was more than everyone else had gotten on the team when they started. (That sounds like an ongoing problem to me.) Also, the way this company works together with all of their different departments is practically a terrible game of Telephone mixed with finger pointing. A lot of the irate clients I'd encounter on the phones had absolutely no recourse for people in their respective authorities within CSS for not doing their jobs properly.
