      Pros

      Flexible work hours and pretty good accident insurance coverage are the best reasons to work for CISEL. There is also a small monetary contribution towards health insurance, which is expensive in Switzerland.

      Cons

      The managers have no previous managerial experience nor training, i.e. education, and therefore have no vision as to where to lead the company. They insist on heading down a path that has brought the company nowhere in the last 5 years.
