Cons
No one has a clue about what their actual job duties are. 80% of employees are rude, cliquey and antisocial. They're all resistant to change and don't want to improve anything, even when things are clearly not working. This is due to the fact that a majority of current employees have been there for over 5 years or are related to each other and they band together to cover up flaws found by anyone who is not part of their "elite" group. There's a major disconnect with the HR department. You will be promised the world before you're hired, but there will be not follow through on that promise if it will cost the company even a penny, even when that promise is in writing. Getting basic supplies to be able to do your job is nearly impossible. They ration everything as if it's the end of the world. I understand saving money and not wasting products, but it's well beyond that. It's to the point where you can't even clean up a spill in the kitchen because the paper towel ration for the week has been expended. There's a lot more that can be said, but I've covered the gist. Also, don't be fooled by the 2 stars on compensation & benefits, those stars are specific to benefits. Compensation is a joke. Absolutely doesn't meet the market rate. If I could give 1/2 a star on the remaining categories, I would.
