Pros
Not too bad salary, if you would count with 8 hours /day job. Some departments MAY be better.
Cons
Continuous extra time for FREE. (Neither cannot take it off later.) Huge fluctuation (not a coincidence). Weak quality, no real knowledge transfer, sometimes chaotic work . Most of the people try to survive.
