Pros
Good company that's promote friendly work place, they prefer to use latest stack of technology on their projects. Also they are very flexible.
Cons
The vision of company is very good, and say to employees following some rules and principles (Lean Transformation Framework for example), however when customer ask for demands that are totally in disagree with those rules, the managers just say OK to customer. So the speech is beautiful, but is not happening at most part of time.
