Pros
This is an excellent small business. They really care about the company culture, and they offer a lot of wonderful small-business perks. Tons of work from home, flexible hours (you make your own hours), pet friendly, they have snacks (good ones) and coffee (Keurig). If you're hot, they buy you a fan. That type of thing. They review you every six months or so for the first year, and my experience has been that they reward their employees with more pto and work from home, financially, and with development in the company. It's amazing, the President has done a great job of building the business himself, and the growth of the company and our relative comfort level as his analysts means he has a true entrepreneurial spirit. He shares the wealth to grow the company.
Cons
People with misguided expectations may have issues with some of the small-business realities (high deductible healthcare, no 401K) but the potential is there for real job satisfaction and those are realities for most small businesses. If you have trouble comprehending vastly different fields the job will be tough for you, because we monitor multifarious industries.
