Great hours, Great family work-life balance, and great colleagues to work with.

Poor upper management at times. They bring chemical operators with no experience and it makes the job difficult as far as excelling.

Only pro is that benefits exist.

Bonuses are a joke. Most departments don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Management hides everything, plays favorites, and somehow made the new structure even worse. Too many people here have no real skills or can’t keep up. Everyone’s bailing in 2025—and I get why.
