The organization truly cares about people - both patients and associates.

Healthcare is a difficult industry and it continues to be difficult to hire front line employees. This is true industrywide.

Schedule is fairly desirable (every other weekend off, never working more than 3 consecutive days). Many benefits are offered.

Lowest paying company in town. Shift differentials are a joke. Consistently short staffed with no urgency to hire new CNAs. Cannot keep employees due to unreasonable and dangerous patient ratios coupled with low pay. No organization or communication among administrative staff. No leadership or accountability. Scheduling is a mess.
