      This organization has a lot of pride for the services they provide their communities. They are good at taking care of each other and the associates. But they excel at taking care of patients. You have a sense of pride for being a part of a team that cares so much.

      Pros

      Schedule is fairly desirable (every other weekend off, never working more than 3 consecutive days). Many benefits are offered.

      Cons

      Lowest paying company in town. Shift differentials are a joke. Consistently short staffed with no urgency to hire new CNAs. Cannot keep employees due to unreasonable and dangerous patient ratios coupled with low pay. No organization or communication among administrative staff. No leadership or accountability. Scheduling is a mess.
