CHS is an employer that cares about its employees and its customers. It's refreshing being apart of an organization that gives back so much to both groups! I feel supported to grow and learn in my job everyday. This is the most collaborative team I have been on in my career. One of the things I was surprised about when I started, was the fact that you are eligible for a 401K plan and a pension plan. Overall the benefits plans that are offered are above what I have had with other companies.
Cons
CHS is going through a transformation right now to make sure we are doing the best work we can in the most efficient and effective way. With change there will always be some bumps in the road, but it is positive change and will make the company better in the long run.
