Pros
Solid company financially Some employees were very trustworthy and genuinely cared about the equipment I was required to fix when the broke it. Benefits were pretty good. Good/fun coworkers for the most part
Cons
When they make a choice to hire someone for an upper management position that person is virtually invincible. They lie not just to Supervisors and employees but government officials with no repercussions. Treat their employees with absolutely no respect. Then argue you if their opinion differs from yours, which if fine but not when you won’t stop until you’re “right”. I watched a lot of great employees come and go because of a couple terrible managers but it takes years for anything to happen.
