      Good health benefits that is about it until they cut them to a different provider to save money

      Cons

      Have to look at reviews outside the corporate office, work life balance sucks hardly can use vacation time. Running lean all the time, no such thing as having new equipment to do your job with. Promise things that will never happen and lied to a lot

      Leadership is candid and transparent and communicates well. They appreciate and invest in their employees.

      A mixed bag of remote versus hybrid positions.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
