      Pros

      Was close to home, worked outside.. equipment was decent, and there's a 20 word minimum and I've run out of good things to say...

      Cons

      Pay was terrible, as an applicator they promise you acre bonuses but have fine print they never tell you about. The other employees are all drunks that wouldn't show up for work.

      Leadership is candid and transparent and communicates well. They appreciate and invest in their employees.

      Cons

      A mixed bag of remote versus hybrid positions.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
