Pros
Lovely people, great training, generous pay, flexible working and a very rewarding job. Communication is also great, which for me is very important as you always know where you stand and are always up to date, both locally within the team and across the Acacium Group as a whole. Management is fair and supportive. I am very happy at CHS Healthcare and feel very comfortable in my job. Diversity is very important to the business which is refreshing and means that they are very accommodating to everyone and open minded. There are always career progression/growth opportunities kicking around so lots of room for personal development. They also acknowledge and look to tackle the gender pay gap which is fantastic. They truly care about the patients that they look after and it feels great to know you can make a different to families who are being supported. I highly recommend CHS, they are hand on heart the best place I've worked.
Cons
I am always suspicious of reviews which don't list cons, but it really is difficult to provide negatives. The only thing I would say is that there's quite a bit of difference between schemes, however this isn't necessarily a criticism as variety is good. It can just take a bit of adjustment as there isn't consistency across the board.
