CHRIS does a great job of developing their clinicians -- lots of in-house training opportunities, ability to work with and learn from multidisciplinary teams, and you encounter varying clients and issues that help give on-th-job learning.

Community agency work can be consuming and overwhelming in general, and many of the caseload expectations that management/leadership held can make it very difficult to not get burned out by the work. Loved the clinical work, but the systems and processes CHRIS had in place did not always promote healthy work behaviors/environments for its clinicians.
