Pros
Flexibility and benefits. Dog friendly. Free stuff sometimes.
Cons
They do not value advanced training. They will not add additional compensation for training. Supervision was not helpful. If you seek out additional part-time employment to supplement your income and gain experience you cannot gather there, you will be fired, but other people hold additional jobs??? They will gaslight you and make you do mental gymnastics to convince you to agree with them. Management only value their "yes men" and people that keep their mouths shut. They feed the residential kids garbage and treat them like inmates. Cottages are institutionalized looking. Some of the staff are downright abusive and the person overseeing residential doesn't even have a clinical background. I have noticed men are received better here.
