Cons
Excessive micromanagement of employees. Constantly changing job duties that do not align with the actual job you signed on for. Being volitold for projects that are "volunteer" based. Asking for help can put a target on your back by managment. Lack of honesty and transparency. Management does not value employee contribution or insights. Operastions and decisions are very much a top down. Incompetent and out of touch leaders. Promotions are often made based favortism and not merit or achievements of the employee. Depending on your department they may make it difficult for you to professionally grow and develop by limiting your ability to transfer to other internal positions or roles. For remote positions, working remote is not guaranteed: it will constantly be used a tool, held over your head, to gaslight you into unquestionable cooperation with whatever is demanded of you. If you don't comply, you are threatened to lose your remote status.
