Cons
Directors are clueless on how to treat people and how to run an organization. Threatening your job if you question anything. One sided and what’s good for one employee isn’t for another. If you're not accepted with the mean club of directors, you’re doomed. Everyone is replaceable in their eyes, I hope they remember they are too.
