Pros
Very young, very talented workers in all departments. I made some great friends. Also gained some good experience that I hope will help in my job search.
Cons
There is a cult atmosphere that clouds workers' perceptions of this company. Once you wake up, you see how rotten it really is. While there are 2 or 3 great upper management types, the rest are wicked, and they will stab you in the back at their first opportunity. They'll tell you to confide in them, and then they'll sever all ties with you. The benefits are a joke, don't let them lie to you. Paying $150 a month into health insurance saved me a total of 5 dollars on my prescription. I'm actually saving more money right now without insurance. The CEO is extremely charismatic and will sell you on working for this company. Don't fall for it. The company strategy is to hire young, inexperienced, but talented people for much less than what you could be making elsewhere (over $10K less), and once you either figure this out and question it, or progress to a higher pay range, they will cut you loose. And if you haven't figured it out by now, the work/life balance is also non-existent. People have been outright fired for arriving at 7:30 a.m. and leaving at 5:00 p.m. If you aren't consistently staying until 6, 7, 8 at night, you just aren't trying hard enough. I was shocked when they let me go, but in truth... I was relieved.
