We agree!! CHA is full of opportunities!! Glad you are experiencing all that being a member of the CHA team has to offer!! We also agree that we need to make sure our critical corporate teams are growing with the business, and we are working hard to do that. Over the last few years IT, HR, Marketing and Finance have all restructured to be able to better support our business. The restructuring has led to several new positions being created and new people being hired. The challenge is the good news – we are growing very fast!! We continue to look at our structure, asking ourselves what we need to adjust or change to grow with our business. Thank you for sharing your feedback and being a member of the CHA team!

Pros

Seeing a pattern of addressing only the pros and rarely having any accountibiloty to comments in Cons section, Pros will not be listed here.

Cons

-Hyper critical work culture to point that compromises employee personal and office morale -Almost no field support and field between on-site field team is almost impossible -Field supervisors are spread very thin in responsibility which causes the above issues -Employee personal dislikes are apparent on teams which lead to discordant team dynamics. Ex. Team member will laugh and joke with some team members, but other get professional, but near frigid responses. -Favoritism is rampant creating a less than ideal work environment.
