Thank you for the note. We are dissapointed that you feel that culture is not important to us. Although we are in fact a very performance driven company, we recognize the balance that is needed with ensuring our employees are engaged and energized by their work. We will continue to assess our reward and recognition programs along with other opportunites for networking, collaboration, and celebration.
