Pros
Some Management Personell were employee oriented. In regards to Upper Management, it was hit or miss. It depended on the project team created for execution and also contingent on which office the project was developed.
Cons
Upper management has become more isolated and removed from the employees who do the actual work. The have become more political in their orientation. Some are so driven by there own greed for pwer they do not care who they run over to advance their personal desires.
