      Large company with associated resources Global clients/Projects Lots of Large Interesting projects (though doesn't mean you will be involved in them) Employee owned

      Complex systems and processes, difficult to get things done Limited options for advancement Extremely US centric which affects places and people they are willing to work for Lack of differentiation as an employer, nothing stands out from the crowd Ongoing financial issues have resulted is seemingly "silly" decisions being made at local levels with associated impact on staff

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
