I am still trying to figure this one out.

Cons

Was hired with 7 others 3 started at a higher wage with way less experience. Was told that everyone started at same wage. I chose not to use kneepads. Food is unhealthy, rooms are the ghetto of the North Slope. They make you fly home on Sundays only which is very expensive and means less hometime with family

Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

Cons

I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
