      Buen plantel profesional y el apoyo de una estructura internacional que permite poder enfrentar proyectos con un gran respaldo en cuanto a la capacidad intelectual. Este es su mayor capital

      Cons

      La infraestructura es muy mala, se trabaja casi hacinado, al menos en oficinas donde el trabajo varia de manera importante y no cuenta con infraestructura propia. Eso lleva, a pesar del buen ambiente entre empleados, a que se trabaje en un espacio incomodo.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
