Pros
New re-org is awesome! So long "seller-doer" model and bye bye matrix of management that did nothing. I use one PN for my time instead of chasing down 10-15 PNs in previous years . Flexible work schedule Breaking down the silo walls of practice groups.
Cons
The only con is what took so long for us to do this type of re-org?!? I am grateful to have worked with some quality people but this should've happened a while ago.
