Significantly underpaid. Will be told that the pay is similar to industry competition, however in reality they are about 15-20% under. Because of a lack of compensation, the quality of the "best" or elite teams in the company are extremely subjective. You get what you pay for. For a company prides itself on diversity, there is a severe lack of representation from BIPOC as well as women at the upper levels of management. The demographics at the executive levels are about as pale, fossilized, and paternal as one would expect.
