11yI understand this employee's concerns and will be forthcoming in my response. I have heard of this employee's concerns before, and we have made concerted effort in addressing them. We unfortunately did not have a strong leader in middle management in the division that this employee belonged to. We addressed this by trying to coach the manager, when no improvement was noticed we unfortunately let the manager go. However, I understand how this employee would feel slighted, but this way no reflects Cyber Group's culture and values. This person brought these issues to the executive team, and we listened and tried to solve it. This is an example of how the leadership is constantly listening to our employees on how we can improve as an organization. While I wish we could have done more for this person, hopefully he sees the changes being implemented and we earn the trust back.
