Pros
Allows employees to try things without shaming or possible recrimination. Work-life balance and ability to get all-encompassinf view on sales & Trading and the variety of commodities.
Cons
Perhaps a symptom of growth, but infrastructure needs a fair bit of work and employees need that infrastructure in order to perform better in their roles. Current work practice can be a bit off-the-cuff.
