Pros
Flexible schedules, kind-hearted people, some of the smartest logistics and business folks you will ever work with, some incredibly talented people in operations and managers and rising stars, dynamic environment which keeps things interesting, room to come up with creative solutions. For the most part, PTO is respected, and you can actually take some time off.
Cons
Constant change, hard to keep track of who does what, no clear process or procedures, lack of accountability, frustrating culture of complacency and people who just collect a paycheck, lots of talent has left because they're shouldering the load for the whole team
