Great bunch of guys trying their best for the company, Good work life balance home working is allowed to a degree
Cons
Undervalued staff, no pay raises, no bonuses, when bonuses are paid they are never the percentage you were given to believe you would receive when you sign up. Workload far to heavy, hence too much pressure, people leave and do not get replaced and their work is expected to be picked up by others.
