Pros

Lunch provided every other week. Snacks are usually available.

Cons

Management lacks stability and direction, resulting in frequent layoffs and firings that contribute to extremely high turnover. Opportunities for career growth are minimal. The CEO often makes erratic decisions and has involved staff in his personal side projects (family business) unrelated to the company’s mission. This, combined with poor leadership, can create a toxic and demoralizing work environment. Although an HR department is now in place, it primarily serves the interests of the CEO rather than acting as an advocate for employees.
